Briefing on the Recycling Fund The briefing on the Recycling Fund was held at SME One, HKPC Building on 12 May 2016, introducing to the enterprises in the recycling industry and non-profit distributing organisations the funding scope and application details. The briefing was conducted in Cantonese by the Fund Secretariat.
