Recycling Fund has introduced theme-based schemes to facilitate the recycling industry to upgrade its operational capabilities and efficiency for sustainable development. A briefing on the“Solicitation Theme: New and Start-up Enterprises” Scheme under Recycling Fund was held at Hong Kong Science Park on 29 May 2019, introducing the funding scope and application details to start-up enterprises.
