The briefing on the Recycling Fund was held on 11 November 2015 at office of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, introducing to The Hong Kong Waste Management Association and The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and their members the funding scope and application details. The briefing was conducted in English by the Fund Secretariat.
